At TPE Coaching & Consulting, every workbook and self coaching tool is intentionally designed to support your personal and professional growth. Because these products are educational tools created to encourage commitment, consistency, and follow through, all sales are final.
 
Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By purchasing a workbook, you are making a conscious commitment to yourself and your growth process. Much like coaching, meaningful results come from engagement and continued application of the tools provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a physical product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@TPECoaching.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non refundable once access has been granted.
 
Unauthorized Purchases
We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made in error, duplicate orders, or unauthorized purchases once an order has been processed.
